FM Series Progressive Cavity Pumps

FM series progressive cavity  pumps have a compact design. With a structure distinct from other models and competitors, they allow the transfer of various chemicals over a wide capacity range of 20-18,000 l/h. The most notable feature that sets FM series progressive cavity pumps apart from their counterparts is the direct connection of the motor to the shaft without the need for an additional gearbox. This feature makes FM series progressive cavity pumps available to end-users at more economical prices. Additionally, since the pump is lighter and smaller, it is particularly preferred by OEM manufacturers.

Another feature that distinguishes FM series progressive cavity pumps from their counterparts is that during stator replacement, only the rubber material needs to be changed. Unlike similar pumps, where the rubber stator placed inside the body is completely replaced with a surrounding metal tube during replacement, FM series progressive cavity pumps only require the rubber part to be replaced. This feature reduces spare part costs and, consequently, operating costs, providing users with a cost-effective solution.
