VEGASON Ultrasonic Level Sensors

VEGASON ultrasonic level sensors send short ultrasonic pulses to the measured area. These pulses reflect off the material surface and are collected again by the sensor. The ultrasonic level sensor compares the required travel time of the sound wave with the entered measurement height information to determine the level.

VEGASON ultrasonic level sensors are designed for simple applications to measure the non-contact level of liquids and solid materials. Ultrasonic level sensors can be used for liquids in tanks and open pools. For solid materials, they are preferred for level measurement in open containers and small chambers.
