The Multi Disc Screw Press dewaters sludge by compressing it between discs. Once sludge enters the press, it is pushed forward by screw shafts. The discs allow sludge compression and enable water to be released. Water is expelled through the gaps between the discs, while solid waste remains in the press, condensing into a dry sludge form.

Multi disc screw press sludge dewatering equipment minimizes operational costs through low energy consumption. Compared to similar products, it also conserves water and uses less polymer than commonly used sludge dewatering equipment.
