Edi Tube Diffuser

Tube diffusers are preferred in wastewater processes with high oxygen demand because they offer greater air permeability compared to disc diffusers. The higher oxygen demand in industrial wastewater treatment plants, along with the availability of various membrane material options, makes the use of tube diffusers more advantageous.

EDI Flexair T series tube diffusers are membrane-based diffusers that provide high oxygen transfer even under the most challenging operating conditions. They are made from high-quality EPDM membrane to ensure high-volume airflow. For industrial processes, membrane material can be selected from other polymers such as polyurethane, silicone, etc.

EDI offers a variety of tube diffuser options in different sizes, depending on the required airflow rate. The EDI Flexair T series diffusers offer the advantage of low maintenance costs along with a long service life. The internal check valve system prevents any fluid outside the membrane from entering the membrane and leaking into the pressurized air line.

Standard Flexair T series tube diffusers are delivered ready for installation with a ¾ inch male threaded AISI connection.
