EMEC LD Series Controllers

The Emec LD Series is a line of advanced digital control devices designed for chemical dosing and parameter control in water treatment and industrial processes. These controllers measure and control parameters such as pH, ORP, Chlorine/Bromine, Conductivity, Inductive Conductivity, Chlorine Dioxide, Hydrogen Peroxide, Ozone, Peracetic Acid, and Turbidity, while also offering optimized chemical dosing functionality. The LD Series provides a wide control area with multi-channel options, making it effective for solutions in water treatment, cooling towers, industrial chemical dosing, agriculture, and swimming pool disinfection systems.

Remote control can be provided via ETHERNET or GSM/GPRS. The software of the devices is available in English, with French or German options upon request. The front panel can be customized with the customer’s logo. Flow control and standby input are available, and data is permanently stored. The system log is displayed on the screen, and a programmable delay for dosing startup (up to 60 minutes) can be set. Alarms are available for issues such as probe damage, maximum dosage, flow, and level. Probe readings, alarms, and network status are displayed on the screen. pH priority dosing can also be performed.
