EMEC M TOWER Series Controllers

EMEC MTOWER is a water treatment monitoring system developed by EMEC. This system is typically used in industrial applications and is specifically designed to optimize and control water quality in cooling towers.

MTOWER continuously monitors the chemical balance and quality of water, preventing issues such as scaling, corrosion, and microbial growth. The key features of the system are as follows:

• Conductivity, pH, ORP, and Chlorine Control: The system is equipped with channels in various combinations to monitor these parameters, allowing real-time tracking and management of water quality.
• Automatic chemical dosing: Ensures balanced application of water treatment chemicals.
• Energy and water savings: Optimizes water consumption and energy use, offering an environmentally friendly solution.
• Various Operating Modes: Can operate in On/Off, proportional impulse, proportional PWM, and constant PWM modes.
• Programmable Delays and Timeouts: Provides programmable delay and timeout control for dosing processes.
• Alarm and Warning Systems: Issues alarms for several parameters such as conductivity, discharge timeout, product level, and flow.
• Remote Access and Control: Allows local and remote control via ERMES web communication.
• Permanent Data Storage: The system stores daily logs, and this data can be downloaded via USB or through the web.
