Aquaturbo Low Speed Surface Aerator

The AER-GS is a low-speed submersible aerator/mixer, a specialized submersible equipment that combines aeration and mixing functions in wastewater treatment plants. The submersible motor and special cone on the equipment ensure effective mixing within the basin, while the option to connect an external blower provides aeration capability. Aeration and mixing can be performed simultaneously or programmed to operate separately based on wastewater and process requirements. In processes with high suspended solids (SS), the rapid settling that occurs at the bottom of the basin when aeration is stopped does not happen in basins where AER-GS submersible aerators/mixers are used. The AER-GS submersible aerator/mixer is also the ideal solution for processes using SBR/MBR systems due to its aforementioned features.

With high oxygen efficiency, it optimally distributes air bubbles, providing effective aeration throughout the basin and leaving no dead zones. The equipment does not have membranes that cause pressure loss, resulting in low blower energy consumption. There is no risk of clogging due to use or contamination. Its simple and robust design requires minimal maintenance. When maintenance is needed, the equipment can be lifted to the surface without the need to empty the basin. Upon request, it can also be installed fixed to a bridge on the basin surface using an extended shaft.
